Versa Nest Dies
Die Craftsmen International manufactures a special die it has termed Versa Nest Tooling. These dies are similar to Steel Rule Dies in that the cavities are mounted to a board, but they are screwed on at the brace. This allows the customer to remove one cavity and have it repaired if needed or change a couple of the die cavities due to an engineering change.

Versa nest dies are available with various steel heights (see steel chart) mounted to either a 1/2" or 5/8" board.
